Custom orders
Our business focuses on custom orders. We want to work with you to see your design dream become a reality. We can build your piece from almost any type of wood, and each element is fully customizable. Let's get your design started now! shipping
Shipping varies by each product type and size. For smaller items, such as cutting boards, we use standard shipping services. For larger items, such as tables, the shipping price will vary. For local customers, we are happy to deliver via white glove service. For distant customers, your product will be packaged and shipped via freight. The shipping cost for this service ranges depending upon total size, weight, and distance from Louisville. Our goal is to keep shipping prices as affordable as possible for you.
gifts
Our unique, live-edge pieces make wonderful gifts. We are happy to work with you to design a custom piece as a gift, and we can ship your finished piece to your designated recipient.
Cutting boards, Charcuterie Boards, and Serving Boards make wonderful wedding gifts that the bride and groom will cherish. We can even custom inscribe it with their monogram or anniversary.
payment
We accept all major credit cards at the time of order. When payment is received, we will ship your order. For custom orders, payment is due prior to construction. Once your design is finalized, we will process the payment, build your custom piece, and ship your dream design.
return policy
Our live-edge products are one-of-a-kind pieces, so we do not accept returns. If there is a issue with the integrity of the piece, we will work with you to reconcile the situation.
